You’ll be the go-to person for a variety of tasks, from financial operations to record management, playing a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the team. This role offers a unique blend of administrative expertise and strategic support, providing invaluable experience in a cutting-edge tech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, coordinating meetings and appointments across multiple time zones.
- Arrange detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Process business expenses and provide support for departmental financial operations.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and logistical arrangements for board, committee, and team meetings.
- Manage incoming communications (memos, reports, submissions), ensuring timely and appropriate distribution.
- Maintain meticulous records management systems and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for personnel operations within the department.
- Contribute to special projects and provide general office support as required.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in administrative support, with a focus on executive assistance.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Proven ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
