As a UX Designer focused on the middle mile, you’ll be immersed in a collaborative environment, partnering with product managers, engineers, and executive leaders. Your expertise will drive product decisions and roadmaps, influencing the design and front-end solutions for a global audience. What You’ll Do:

• Envision and propose innovative solutions for diverse product design challenges.
• Spearhead the design evolution of existing and new experiences, shaping the future of product iterations.
• Rapidly iterate on interactive design solutions, meticulously refining every detail.
• Champion your design solutions, effectively communicating the rationale behind your decisions, incorporating user research and data analysis.
• Develop compelling storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to showcase interaction and design ideas.
• Craft user-friendly and aesthetically engaging designs that deliver tangible results.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers throughout the entire production cycle.
• Evaluate and optimize feature performance through user research and metric analysis.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive user-interface specifications.
• Present your design work to diverse teams and senior leadership, soliciting feedback and driving consensus.
• Contribute to the team’s collective knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• UX Wireframing and Prototyping, 4+ Years of Exp
• Primary UX Research (qualitative observations research), 3+ Years of Exp
• Enterprise Business to Business Exp. 
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality design system solutions at scale.
• Proficiency in standard web and mobile components and patterns.
• Strong understanding of UX methodologies and accessibility principles.
• Ability to translate user insights and data into actionable design decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with design tools like Figma, Dovetail, and AI tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
• Ability to work effectively with highly technical teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
