Freelance Foodie Content Creator

Overview

The Bay Area has one of the most vibrant food scenes in the country — and we want you to help show it off. We’re looking for a San Francisco–based content creator (who’s also able to travel to San Jose) to join a new campaign spotlighting local restaurants that partner with a leading soft drink brand. If you’re a foodie with creative chops and can make short-form content that’s fun, bold, and crave-worthy, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

• Visit participating restaurants each week across San Francisco and San Jose
• Capture and edit 3–4 short-form videos weekly — restaurant reviews, food features, lifestyle content
• Pitch 2–5 creative ideas per week (with revisions as needed)
• Deliver content that’s authentic, scroll-stopping, and in line with the brand vibe

What we’re looking for:

• Based in San Francisco (with flexibility to travel into San Jose)
• Experience creating foodie or review-style content for TikTok/IG
• A passion for local food — from hidden gems to well-known spots
• Skilled at shooting + editing short-form video independently
• Comfortable delivering high-quality content on a weekly schedule

Details:

• Paid freelance role, running weekly through campaign duration
• Meals covered (guidelines on reimbursement provided)
• Expect 3–4 restaurant visits per week across SF and SJ
• Must be comfortable filming in busy, in-restaurant environments
