Drive transformative change within a global eCommerce giant as a Search Performance Manager! As a Search Performance Manager, you will be the strategic mind behind optimizing search campaigns for key suppliers. You’ll dive deep into data, crafting and implementing innovative strategies to maximize revenue and achieve marketing objectives. Collaborating closely with Sales, Account Management, Campaign Management, and API/Ad Tech partners, you’ll be instrumental in driving product improvements and shaping the evolution of the search product.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge search strategies to maximize revenue and achieve supplier marketing objectives.
  • Manage budgets and bids, optimizing account configuration, keyword targeting, and campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and drive product enhancements.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports and presentations, showcasing campaign performance and providing strategic recommendations.

Must-Haves:

  • Deep understanding of the media/retail media landscape and a proven track record in paid search.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing search campaigns, including budget management, bid optimization, and keyword targeting.
  • A passion for the ever-evolving world of eCommerce and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
