As a Marketing Manager (Retention: Email & Mobile), you will be responsible for managing Triggered & Transactional campaigns across Email and Mobile Messaging (App Push, SMS) for Sephora Canada’s extensive, dynamic, and high-performing retention program. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager – CA Retention, you will use your marketing expertise and collaboration skills to work closely with internal and external partners to drive Sephora Canada sales growth and client retention.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Setting up campaigns in Braze and Bluecore – this person needs to be very familiar with these platforms, as their primary responsibility will be executing campaign set-up and QA in these platforms.

· Experience with mobile and email marketing, leaning more toward mobile ideally.

· Build and refine event-based Triggered and Transactional campaigns, supporting both Sephora Canada Online & Stores
· Oversee end-to-end campaign development, partnering with US Retention, CRM, Campaigns & Content, Product, Analytics, Development, and third-party vendors to execute client-centric automated campaigns across the entire customer funnel
· Maintain Triggered & Transactional overview of client messaging journey across Email and

Mobile Messaging
· Support flawless operational execution:
    o Proof, test, and QA – ensure linking strategies and content (including product and promotion details) are accurate and error-free across desktop and mobile platforms
    o Identify and troubleshoot issues, working with the appropriate partners to resolve
    o Identify areas of inefficiency and propose solutions to streamline and/or optimize
· Deliver the best Canadian client experience and wear your client-centric hat
· Monitor and report on the performance of Triggered and Transactional programs, identifying key wins and future recommendations

Experience Years

  • 3+ Years Experience managing complex automated Email and/or Mobile campaigns within platforms such as Epsilon, Braze, Bluecore 
  • Must have experience in Braze or Bluecore
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams on building, launching, and troubleshooting campaigns 2+
  • Education Certification and Licenses
  • Bachelor’s Degree NA

· Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategic recommendations (experience with Tableau a plus)
· Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across many diverse teams
· Organizational skills (you can juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment)
