You will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and user base, working cross-functionally to define and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive activation and subscription across a portfolio of engaging digital experiences. Your work will directly translate into tangible growth for our services, influencing product development and marketing initiatives, and helping to bring world-class content to a global audience.
**What You’ll Do**
* Develop and implement innovative subscription marketing strategies to significantly grow our digital services.
* Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, business development, and data analytics to drive activation and subscription across a diverse portfolio of offerings.
* Design and execute unique acquisition and testing strategies, continuously optimizing for conversion, subscription rates, and revenue across both on-platform and off-platform channels.
* Lead the development and optimization of data-driven marketing programs aimed at maximizing customer acquisition.
* Manage detailed, operations-focused workstreams and ensure meticulous documentation.
* Drive the cross-functional execution of impactful marketing programs, fostering strong collaboration across departments.
* Contribute proactively and positively within a high-paced, evolving environment, readily adapting to new challenges and taking initiative.
**What You’ll Need**
* Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is required.
* A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in subscription growth-related marketing, gained at an agency, a prominent media/entertainment brand, or a leading technology company.
* Proven expertise in subscription and/or recurring revenue models, particularly within the digital entertainment or sports sectors.
* At least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing unique acquisition and testing strategies focused on optimizing conversion, subscription rates, and revenue across both on-platform and off-platform channels.
* Robust understanding and practical application of A/B testing and data-driven marketing optimization techniques.
* A highly analytical problem-solver with a strong track record of developing and optimizing successful customer acquisition marketing strategies and programs.
* Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with operations-focused, documentation-heavy workstreams.
* Demonstrated strategic thinking and a strong ability to foster cross-functional collaboration to execute effective marketing programs.
* Experience working effectively under pressure on complex, large-scale, and time-critical projects.
* Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
* A proactive and positive contributor in fast-paced, evolving settings, willing to take on any necessary task.
* Ability to build and nurture positive interpersonal relationships, exhibiting flexibility, humility, and a sense of humor.
