* Create realistic schedules, ensure deadlines are met, and hold creative teams accountable to timelines.
* Track project progress, problem-solve quickly when priorities shift, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Creative Collaboration & Execution:

* Brief creative teams on packaging projects with extreme attention to detail and nuance.
* Facilitate stakeholder review meetings, present creative work with confidence, and capture/communicate feedback effectively to creative teams.
* Ensure all creative assets receive proper approval before final review and production.
* Oversee packaging production, working with print vendors to finalize proofs and ensure quality.

Stakeholder Management:
* Present to senior-level clients with confidence and credibility, building trust through strategic thinking and clear communication.
* Build presentations, facilitate meetings, and provide clear follow-through on action items.
* Take direction effectively and proactively manage tasks without constant follow-up.
