**About the Role**

In this impactful role, you will be at the forefront of digital communication, transforming online conversations into strategic opportunities. You will immerse yourself in social media trends, champion community engagement, and decode consumer sentiment to inform and inspire. This position offers a unique opportunity to directly influence brand perception, product development, and marketing campaigns by providing critical insights from the digital world. You will be instrumental in maintaining brand consistency across diverse platforms and ensuring our messaging is always fresh, relevant, and engaging.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Social Listening & Analysis:**
* Proactively monitor and analyze online conversations, mentions, and sentiment related to the brand, its offerings, and the competitive landscape.
* Identify emerging trends and proactively share critical insights with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to inform ideation and strategy.
* Track campaign effectiveness and actively manage brand reputation through data-driven insights.
* **Community Engagement & Support:**
* Provide essential support to local markets in community management and platform oversight, addressing their queries and needs.
* Monitor the health of social networks and consistently update community management guidelines to ensure best practices.
* Collaborate with communications teams to develop comprehensive Social FAQs for all new initiatives and campaigns.
* Keep global teams informed on the latest social media features, trends, and innovations.
* Consistently review local social platforms to ensure brand aesthetic and legal regulations are meticulously respected.
* **Reporting & Data Analysis:**
* Manage the execution of monthly analytical reports, collaborating with leadership to distill key insights for organizational dissemination.
* Oversee social requests for market adoption and performance analysis of brand campaigns using relevant analytical tools.
* Utilize trend analysis tools to identify social content creation opportunities and support cross-functional marketing social listening requests.
* **Trend Spotting & Innovation:**
* Practice daily trendspotting on leading social platforms to identify emerging trends and opportunities for dynamic social feeds.
* Create and distribute a weekly trendspotting update to all markets, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
* Stay current on new social media platforms, tools, and best practices, confidently presenting important developments to the internal team.

**What You’ll Bring**

* Strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and underlying algorithms.
* Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple live projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in community management and social listening.
* A trend-led mindset, deeply connected to culture, and a knack for out-of-the-box thinking.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics, identify clear insights, pinpoint emerging trends, and uncover new opportunities.

**Bonus Points**

* Desired experience with specific social media tools such as Sprinklr, Traackr, or Dash Hudson.
