Aquent is partnering with a leading organization dedicated to maintaining a robust and efficient technology environment. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join their dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in preparing, deploying, and managing essential equipment, directly enabling the productivity and success of their workforce. Your expertise will be vital in streamlining IT processes, ensuring every team member has the tools they need from day one, and contributing to the overall operational excellence of the company.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the foundational technology that powers a thriving enterprise. You will be instrumental in the lifecycle management of critical hardware, from initial setup to secure disposal, directly impacting employee onboarding, issue resolution, and technology refreshes.

**What you’ll do:**

* Efficiently prepare and organize devices from stock within the build area.
* Perform imaging processes on various devices to prepare them for deployment.
* Collaborate with internal support teams to coordinate device readiness and deployment.
* Manage the shipping and receiving of equipment, ensuring accurate inventory.
* Maintain and update asset records in relevant databases and internal tracking systems.
* Securely wipe data from mobile devices, preparing them for disposal or refurbishment.
* Set up network connectivity for new employee devices.
* Contribute to various miscellaneous tasks within the depot to support operational success.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in desktop support or IT equipment management.
* Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
* Experience with device imaging and deployment processes.
* Familiarity with asset management and inventory tracking.
* Proficiency in data wiping procedures for mobile devices.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $18 to $20. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
