We are seeking a visionary Product Designer to join a team dedicated to crafting next-generation, AI-forward digital content experiences. You will play a pivotal role in modernizing how users discover and consume information, integrating seamlessly with innovative AI product families. Your work will directly contribute to key initiatives, designing intuitive and visually compelling feed experiences, article layouts, and video interactions across various digital platforms. Schedule: Onsite for team events or meetups; no fixed weekly schedule.

**Your Impact & Responsibilities:**

* Design expressive, visually compelling features for users engaging with AI-powered content feeds.
* Craft clear, engaging visual narratives that effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to define and deliver impactful product features.
* Work effectively within a sophisticated design system, ensuring cohesive and scalable designs across the ecosystem.
* Apply a meticulous eye for detail to achieve pixel-perfect execution and a high-quality fit and finish in all releases.
* Partner with motion designers to seamlessly integrate animation and micro-interactions that elevate usability and delight.
* Actively contribute to design critiques, articulating the rationale behind visual decisions to build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
* Stay ahead of emerging design trends, AI capabilities, and consumer content behaviors to inform and drive innovative solutions.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 5-7 years of experience in product design with a strong visual design background.
* Demonstrated strong graphic design fundamentals, extending beyond interaction design.
* Proficiency in Figma, including advanced use of components and variables.
* Extensive experience working with and contributing to design systems.
* A mandatory portfolio showcasing excellence in visual design for consumer-facing digital products.
* Strong background in visual design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and iconography.
* Experience collaborating effectively in multidisciplinary teams and delivering independently from concept to production.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at balancing creative vision with project deadlines.
* Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, product design, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Motion design skills (e.g., After Effects, Principle, Lottie, or similar) with a solid understanding of UX animation principles.
* Experience utilizing generative AI tools (e.g., Figma Make, MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, or similar) in your design workflow.
