Are you a seasoned program management professional ready to lead high-impact initiatives and drive meaningful business outcomes? This role offers the opportunity to independently manage complex programs end to end, influence cross-functional teams beyond your immediate scope, and directly contribute to operational excellence and strategic success.
As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in defining, organizing, and optimizing programs that enhance the client’s reputation for innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Independently author comprehensive program charters, including scope, timelines, OKRs, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies.
- Develop detailed project plans that break work into phases, identify risks and dependencies, and provide visibility into constraints.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders to support alignment and effective decision-making.
- Optimize program team roles and responsibilities to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively manage escalations and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Design and implement predictable communication plans tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.
- Serve as a key representative for the program across internal and external touchpoints.
- Lead change management efforts, including rollout planning and impact analysis in partnership with stakeholders.
- Track and resolve misalignments during change management rollouts.
- Identify, collect, and manage critical data required for program execution and governance.
- Maintain accurate trackers, dashboards, and status reports to ensure program visibility.
- Proactively manage dependencies while integrating principles of Product Excellence, Product Inclusion, and brand trust.
- Define and uphold program governance, including mitigations, postmortems, and escalation paths.
- Facilitate effective program meetings with clear outcomes and action items.
- Define program phasing and establish metrics that drive continuous improvement and responsible resource stewardship.
- Deliver regular checkpoints to review progress, assess metrics, and recommend data-driven pivots when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Communications Management, including building and executing effective communication strategies.
- Proven experience in Team Management, optimizing roles, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.
- Demonstrated success in Organizational Change Management, from planning through execution and course correction.
- Sound Technical Judgment to support informed decision-making in complex environments.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
- Advanced Program Planning capabilities, including charter development and detailed execution planning.
- Experience with Portfolio Management and aligning programs to broader organizational goals.
- A strong foundation in User Empathy, ensuring programs are designed with end users in mind.
- Deep experience in Execution and Governance, delivering programs with clarity, rigor, and accountability.
- A continuous improvement mindset, actively identifying opportunities to improve outcomes and processes.
