Marketing Manager - Channel Marketing

This role will serve as an orchestrator of field readiness and execution: it translates worldwide GTM and campaign guidance into actionable plans, enable the regional teams, and keep signals, assets, and comms flowing so that business goals are met across geos. In our org’s R&Rs, this maps to Field Readiness, Community Engagement & Comms, including playbook enablement.

Job Responsibilities:
• Comanages and follows through Channel Marketing content creation, ensuring marketing assets and playbooks land on time with the Field teams and is fulfilling seasonal business and marketing objectives
• Drive dynamic Line of Business community communications flow, ensure community is kept informed, aligned and focused on key priorities of the cycle and updates to execute.
• Work closely with/reports directly to the Lob Channel Marketing leader to facilitate field landing.
• Works in collaboration with: Channel Discipline Leads, Product Marketing Team PMs, and Account Teams to providing feedback to Corp on asset effectiveness in Field.
• Track marketing asset utilization rates to inform subsequent asset development cycle
• Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting field insights and drive community engagement.

Skills:
• Strong familiarity with AI-powered workflows
• Effective project/program management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great attention to detail with ability to work cross-functionally within a matrixed organizational structure
• Must be a self-starter that effectively manages priorities to achieve results
• Must has a can-do attitude and desire to learn with a customer service mindset

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
• 5-7 years related experience required.
