- Program Leadership: Partner closely with stakeholders to author comprehensive program charters, defining scope, timelines, objectives, resources, and potential risks or dependencies for foundational programs.
- Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, breaking down complex initiatives into manageable phases while proactively identifying risks and dependencies.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Collect and analyze program data from stakeholders, maintaining accurate trackers and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Execution & Quality Assurance: Drive program execution while embedding principles of product excellence, inclusivity, and brand integrity throughout the lifecycle.
- Data-Driven Insights: Gather and analyze data to support mitigation strategies, post-mortems, and escalation reporting, enabling continuous improvement.
- Effective Communication: Facilitate productive meetings and deliver clear, well-organized program communications that keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Document roles and responsibilities, build stakeholder maps, and proactively identify and resolve misalignments to ensure cohesive program delivery.
