The Senior Brand Program Manager leads execution of our client’s enterprise brand rollout from soft launch through full external launch. Reporting to the SVP, Brand & B2B Acquisition, this role translates brand strategy into disciplined execution — driving integrated workstreams, orchestrating agency delivery, and ensuring launch readiness across internal and external audiences.

This is a high-visibility transformation role for a senior operator who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Integrated Brand Rollout

  • Own the master rollout plan across asset audit, internal and external rollout, employee and advisor assets, sales enablement, and website coordination.
  • Manage dependencies, sequencing, readiness gates, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drive accountability across workstream owners to ensure on-time delivery.

2. Orchestrate Agency and Campaign Execution

  • Partner with primary and specialized agencies to translate strategy into briefs, workback plans, and deliverables.
  • Oversee campaign and content execution across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Manage approvals, QA, trafficking inputs, and performance coordination.

3. Run Delivery Cadence and Reporting

  • Lead weekly cross-functional workstream meetings and agency operations meetings.
  • Maintain integrated status reporting, risk tracking, and decision logs.
  • Provide concise, executive-ready updates and escalation recommendations.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 7–10+ years in brand operations, integrated marketing, or complex program execution roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-workstream brand or marketing rollouts.
  • Proven ability to manage agency partners and deliver against tight timelines.
  • Strong cross-functional influence in matrixed environments.
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries preferred.

Core strengths:
Execution discipline, operational rigor, agency management, stakeholder influence, risk management, and clear executive communication.

What Success Looks Like

  • Enterprise brand launch delivered on schedule with clear ownership and minimal rework.
  • Agencies operate efficiently with disciplined briefs and predictable approvals.
  • Cross-functional teams report clarity, accountability, and momentum.
  • Launch milestones are met with controlled risk and executive-ready visibility.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.00 to $55.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
