Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to beauty professionals, creating a positive and engaging in-store experience.
• Educate customers on product promotions, upcoming sales, and new product launches.
• Process, stock, and replenish merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Assist with inventory management, including physical counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Accurately process sales, returns, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Build and share product knowledge, including new trends and professional beauty solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and operational priorities.
• Uphold company standards for integrity, safety, and professionalism.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to operate a computerized point-of-sale system.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work weekends based on store needs.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout scheduled shifts.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience.
• Experience with ERP or retail inventory systems.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
