About the Role
As a key player on the marketing team, you will be instrumental in developing and executing compelling content strategies across paid social and influencer platforms. This role offers the chance to lead creative initiatives, collaborate with diverse teams, and see your work come to life, directly impacting how the brand connects with its customers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end content creation process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.
Responsibilities**
- Lead the creation and strategic planning of paid social content across all digital platforms, overseeing channel planning, content briefing, review processes, trafficking, and asset management for brand-generated content.
- Drive influencer content development by partnering closely with external agencies, managing all communications, and leading content briefing, review, and trafficking for influencer-generated assets.
- Foster proactive and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative partners, brand teams, and media, to ensure seamless execution of content creation from development to deployment.
- Provide agile support for ad hoc paid social requests, ranging from inputting into distribution channels to facilitating quick-turn content needs.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, strategy-grounded feedback.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
- An agile and adaptable mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in the retail industry.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills that foster effective collaboration.
