We are seeking a talented individual to dive deep into user behavior, transforming complex data into actionable insights that guide product strategy and design. You will be instrumental in understanding user motivations, identifying pain points, and uncovering critical goals, directly contributing to the creation of intuitive and impactful products. This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, build consensus, and champion user-centric solutions from conception to launch.

**What You’ll Do:**

* **Drive Product Improvement:** Proactively identify opportunities to enhance products and services through robust, research-driven insights.
* **Strategic Research Execution:** Independently plan, design, and execute both strategic and tactical research initiatives.
* **End-to-End Qualitative Research:** Lead qualitative research projects and surveys from start to finish, ensuring comprehensive data collection.
* **In-depth Analysis:** Conduct thorough analysis for medium-sized projects, translating findings into clear, compelling narratives.
* **Collaborative Influence:** Build strong consensus within project teams and gain support for research-based solutions across stakeholders.
* **Cross-Functional Partnership:** Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers on planning, reviews, and reporting.
* **Project Leadership:** Prioritize research efforts across multiple projects, aligning them with broader organizational goals and proactively removing roadblocks.
* **Impactful Communication:** Craft high-quality communications and presentations to effectively share findings and guide product direction with internal stakeholders.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven experience conducting ethical UX research and applying robust research processes.
* Strong understanding of various UX research methodologies and systems thinking.
* Familiarity with the product development lifecycle (PDLC).
* Deep knowledge of human/user behavior and interactive technology.
* Excellent UX storytelling abilities to communicate insights effectively.
* Experience in team management or leading project-based teams.
