**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join a dynamic design team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming creative concepts into tangible, market-ready products, ensuring both style and functionality are flawlessly executed. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of new collections, influencing everything from initial sketches to final production specifications, particularly within the realm of accessories.

**What You’ll Do**

* Drive the creation of commercial, brand-aligned designs that reflect strategic direction.
* Lead product development with a keen focus on style, functionality, and material innovation, especially for accessories.
* Ensure flawless execution of design deliverables, demonstrating speed, agility, and meticulous attention to detail.
* Generate precise design sketches, prototypes, and comprehensive product specifications.
* Skillfully adapt and refine designs based on feedback, guiding projects to finalization.
* Confidently present design concepts and market insights to internal leadership and cross-functional partners, utilizing both digital presentations and in-person product reviews.
* Champion customer-centric design by implementing processes to anticipate and exceed consumer expectations.
* Proactively identify and recommend innovative resources, conducting ongoing competitor and trend analysis to inform design strategies.
* Foster strong collaborative relationships with merchandising and product development teams throughout the design lifecycle.
* Anticipate and resolve potential issues, providing effective conflict resolution.
* Mentor and develop junior design talent, fostering their growth and creativity.
* Evaluate and enhance design processes to optimize efficiency and accelerate delivery without compromising excellence.
* Ensure all design deliverables adhere to budget and timeline commitments.

**What You’ll Bring**

* Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.
* A minimum of 5 years of dedicated design experience within a comparable retail environment, with a strong background in accessories.
* Exceptional design talent, a keen commercial fashion eye, and meticulous attention to product styling and performance.
* Proven ability to conceptualize and deliver original design sketches and successful product lines.
* Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
* A highly collaborative and team-oriented approach, coupled with a strong customer service philosophy.
* A proactive mindset, demonstrating agility and the ability to champion change effectively.
* High motivation, passion for design, and a results-driven work ethic.
* Strong flexibility and a creative approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication and compelling presentation skills.
* Willingness to undertake moderate domestic and minimal international travel.
