To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis.  C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Be able to showcase your work through case studies and/or portfolio.  These should be narrative in nature, and not just finished screens.  Work samples must highlight your experience working with IVR (Interactive Voice Response).

**About the Role**

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for various applications. You will translate complex technical and business requirements into elegant designs, working closely with researchers, product managers, and engineers to bring your vision to life. Your expertise will directly contribute to the usability, accessibility, and overall satisfaction of end-users, making a significant impact on our client’s product ecosystem.

**What You’ll Do**

* Collaborate with UX Researchers to conduct user experience research, interviews, and usability tests, informing design decisions and identifying user challenges.
* Develop effective and efficient interaction designs for intricate, data-intensive domains, ensuring designs align with key user requirements and consistent design principles across applications.
* Produce a range of wireframes, from low to high fidelity, and prototypes that visually represent proposed product solutions.
* Create compelling concepts and prototypes to help stakeholders visualize and understand proposed user experiences.
* Clearly articulate conceptual ideas, prototypes, and the nuances of the user-centered design process to product, engineering, and key stakeholders.
* Contribute to the broader UX team’s efforts in establishing common design standards and shared UI components for consistent adoption across various product lines.
* Work directly with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Engineers to define end-user needs and strategically balance them with business product requirements.
* Partner with business and technology stakeholders to plan, research, and facilitate UX processes, including design thinking and human-centered design activities for both digital and non-digital services and products.

**What You’ll Bring**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) OR equivalent experience demonstrating applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skills.
* 2 – 4 years of related professional experience in user experience design.
* Demonstrated ability to acquire knowledge in your area of specialty.
* Proficiency in identifying basic problems and procedural irregularities, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
* Proven ability to work independently and manage your own tasks effectively.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with user experience and design tools such as, but not limited to, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and InVision.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $54.70 to $60.78 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
