About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our client’s team as a Program Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing defined programs, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring successful delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders, applying your foundational domain knowledge to address challenges and drive continuous improvement. This position offers the chance to collaborate, innovate, and contribute to the operational excellence of a leading technology organization, partnering with Aquent to bring your talents to the forefront.

Responsibilities:

  • Author comprehensive program charters, in close collaboration with stakeholders, detailing scope, timeline, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), resourcing, and potential risks/dependencies for basic programs.
  • Develop detailed project plans that break down projects into distinct phases, incorporating identified risks and dependencies.
  • Collect and analyze program progress data from stakeholders, maintaining accurate project trackers and status reports.
  • Execute program tasks, ensuring alignment with product excellence values, product inclusion principles, and brand trust and reputation.
  • Gather data to inform mitigation strategies, post-mortems, and escalation reports.
  • Facilitate effective meetings, ensuring productive discussions and clear outcomes.
  • Create and deliver program communications, ensuring they are well-organized, visible, and aligned with immediate program stakeholders.
  • Document program team roles and responsibilities across various projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to author stakeholder maps, identify misalignments, and coordinate resolutions.
