**About the Role** We are seeking a highly skilled and driven professional to spearhead the critical integration of a newly acquired brand. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing the intricate details of a global project, ensuring every aspect of the brand’s integration, from operational logistics to digital presence, aligns with strategic objectives. Your expertise will directly influence the successful launch and sustained growth of this new venture, making a tangible difference to the company’s market presence and overall portfolio. You will be at the heart of a transformative initiative, collaborating with diverse teams and senior leadership to bring a new vision to life.

**What You’ll Do**

* Lead the management, documentation, and delivery of comprehensive project plans, meticulously defining timelines, scope, and budget requirements for brand acquisition and integration.

* Oversee the end-to-end integration process of a new brand across all channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with established timelines, budget, and technical scope.

* Develop and manage project timelines and demand/ticket creation with high proficiency using industry-standard project management tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

* Facilitate seamless collaboration between global and regional stakeholders across various functions, including operations, supply chain, finance, information technology, data, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, retail systems, and online channels (eCommerce, consumer data, and omni sales).

* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership, summarizing project plans, progress, and strategic recommendations for brand integration.

* Support the governance process, ensuring alignment and securing approvals from global, zone, and local leadership checkpoints.

* Work effectively with highly technical and business-driven stakeholders, including corporate teams and specialized IT functions, to integrate specific technical or business workstreams into the overall project roadmap.

* Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate status updates clearly and effectively to team members and senior leadership.

* Prioritize online and omnichannel workstreams efficiently, always keeping the overarching project objectives and goals at the forefront.

**What You’ll Bring** *

**Experience:

** 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in project management, including a strong background in systems implementation projects in a team leader or project manager capacity. *

**Project Management Proficiency:** High proficiency in creating and managing timelines and demand/ticket creation using industry-standard project management tools, with proven experience in their application. * **Technical Acumen:

** Strong working knowledge of various systems implementation methodologies and project coordination skills. *

**Microsoft Office Suite Mastery:

** Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint, capable of creating detailed documentation and impactful presentations. *

**Communication Excellence:

** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to participate in and deliver presentations to senior leadership. *

**Organizational Prowess:** Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in documenting all phases of project delivery. *

**Collaborative Spirit:** Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams. *

**Problem-Solving Skills:** Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying challenges and developing effective solutions. *

**Risk Management:** Proven ability to identify risks and report status clearly and effectively.
