**What You’ll Do**

* Own and cultivate vital financial relationships and processes across various organizational functions.
* Drive strategic financial meetings with key stakeholders to align on budget objectives and performance.
* Forecast, manage, and meticulously report on budgets and actual expenditures for cross-functional teams across multiple lines of business.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to understand financial actuals, identify variances against project forecasts, and present clear explanations, key insights, and actionable recommendations.
* Meticulously audit and reconcile extensive datasets, proactively identifying and addressing discrepancies.
* Coordinate seamlessly with multiple stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to budgets, invoicing, and purchase orders.
* Implement impactful process improvements that enhance efficiency and address competing priorities across various stakeholder groups.
* Develop comprehensive documentation and provide training on financial processes for internal teams and external partners.
* Work with significant autonomy, driving results and making independent decisions that contribute to organizational success.
* Reconcile and track invoices against forecasted spend and purchase order balances to ensure financial accuracy.
* Perform ad hoc analysis, tasks, and projects as needed to support evolving business needs.

**What You’ll Bring**

* 5-7 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Budgeting.
* Deep understanding of core Finance and Accounting concepts, including accruals, P&Ls, forecasting, and fiscal planning.
* Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to form key, succinct insights and recommendations from comprehensive analyses involving large amounts of data.
* Expert-level proficiency in Excel, with proven ability to audit and reconcile large data sets from multiple sources.
* Demonstrated experience in business partnering and effectively influencing cross-functional teams.
* Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems independently within a highly matrixed organization.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly and concisely communicating information, policies, and deadlines to stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong adaptability to new tools and a keen understanding of how data intersects within various systems.
* Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a strong initiative to drive for results.
* Flexibility with work schedule to accommodate virtual meetings with partners across global time zones.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
