In this impactful role, you will be responsible for:

* Leading solution design and development initiatives, translating complex stakeholder requirements into robust technical solutions.
* Providing expert technical consultancy and guidance to non-technical team members, fostering a deeper understanding and adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
* Driving significant workflow enhancements across various program functions, with a strong focus on implementing innovative tooling and automation strategies.

**Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:**

To excel in this role, you will bring:

* A minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience with either Java or Python, demonstrating a strong command of modern programming paradigms.
* At least 2 years of experience working with database architectures, including proficiency in writing complex SQL code for data manipulation and querying.
* A proven ability to adapt and thrive within an internal technology stack, leveraging advanced AI-powered development tools to deliver high-quality solutions.
