Are you ready to drive significant change and elevate an organization’s operational efficiency and agility? We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on a pivotal role, spearheading the modernization and standardization of critical enterprise tools while championing Agile methodologies across technology teams. You will be at the forefront of shaping how teams collaborate, deliver, and continuously improve, making a tangible impact on product delivery and organizational success.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of current JIRA usage and configurations.
* Lead the rehabilitation and standardization of JIRA boards, workflows, and governance across the organization.
* Serve as a dedicated Agile Coach for Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe teams, guiding them toward optimal performance.
* Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Support and coach Product Owners in refining backlogs, prioritizing initiatives, and defining clear user stories.
* Review JIRA boards to manage sprint delivery, ensuring tasks are updated and progress is transparent.
* Proactively identify and remove impediments, mitigating risks that could impact delivery timelines.
* Champion Agile best practices, coaching teams on self-organization and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Coordinate dependencies across multiple products, teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
* Track and communicate vital team performance metrics such as velocity and predictability, providing actionable insights.
* Cultivate strong collaboration between technology teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
* Actively support and contribute to organization-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
* Encourage a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and iterative enhancement.
* Create Product Status Reports in alignment with established PMO standards.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of JIRA Administration experience.
* 3+ years of Agile Coaching experience.
* Proven experience in establishing governance and standards for technical processes.
* Strong communication and leadership coaching skills, with an ability to influence and guide diverse teams.
