We are seeking a dynamic individual to step into a pivotal role where your expertise will directly shape the future of our client’s talent acquisition efforts. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive journey for every candidate, from initial contact to onboarding. Your ability to manage complex schedules, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality will be crucial in attracting and securing top-tier talent, directly contributing to the growth and success of this innovative company.

  • This is a hybrid role which requires working 3 days per week in our client’s Austin office and 2 days per week remotely.

**What You’ll Do:**
* Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with speed and efficiency, managing complex, high-volume schedules.
* Manage candidate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements, ensuring a smooth experience.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records within the applicant tracking system.
* Ensure professional and confidential communication with candidates and internal teams at all stages of the hiring process.
* Welcome and support candidates during onsite interviews, providing a positive and organized experience.
* Deliver a top-tier recruiting experience across all candidate touchpoints.
* Provide administrative support to the corporate development team.
* Collaborate effectively with other coordinators on cross-functional initiatives.

**Required Skills & Experience:**
* 1–3 years of experience in scheduling or recruiting coordination.
* Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume interview schedules.
* Strong time management and prioritization skills.
* Familiarity with leading office productivity suites for email, calendaring, and document management.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

**Must Have:**
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.

**Nice To Have:**
* Experience supporting recruiting or HR teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflows.
