**What You’ll Do:**
* Assess and document business problems, goals, and workflows for diverse projects, offering valuable technical and business insights.
* Gain a deep understanding of organizational and technical structures and their inherent constraints.
* Collaborate with project management teams and both business and technical partners to devise comprehensive, cross-enterprise solutions.
* Actively participate in discovery workshops, identifying use cases and user stories, and crafting detailed requirements and other essential artifacts using various tools.
* Provide expert input on enterprise-wide business process and technology planning, directly influencing critical decisions.
* Conduct in-depth evaluations of interconnected systems and initiatives to ensure seamless integration and performance.
* Analyze requirements and assess change impacts, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption.
* Support business rollout, training, and adoption efforts, ensuring successful implementation of new processes and technologies.
* Develop and maintain standards, guidelines, and training materials to foster consistency and knowledge sharing.
**What You’ll Bring:**
* Proven ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
* Experience working effectively within various project delivery frameworks, including Agile Scrum and Kanban.
* A deep understanding of analytics platforms and the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
* Strong analytical skills to assess requirements and anticipate change impacts.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, acting as a bridge between diverse teams.
