In this role, you won’t just be answering questions; you’ll be a frontline problem-solver, directly influencing customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. **What You’ll Do:**
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order-related issues across various digital platforms, including email and chat.
* Proactively monitor, manage, and support customer orders within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of any discrepancies.
* Maintain meticulous records of order statuses, customer interactions, and resolutions using MS Excel and internal tracking tools.
* Efficiently escalate complex or unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate internal teams, adhering to established operational guidelines.
**What You Bring:**
* Proven experience in a customer service-focused role, demonstrating a passion for helping others.
* Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and managing data.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interaction.
* A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude.
