The Opportunity

This position is designed for an early-career HR professional looking to gain world-class experience in a fast-paced, sophisticated corporate environment. You will serve as a critical partner to both employees and management, supporting the teams that solve some of the world’s most complex energy and environmental challenges.

What You Will Do

As an HR Representative, you are the first point of contact for HR operations. You’ll provide foundational support across the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding and compensation to employee relations and performance management.

  • Employee Support: Resolve associate inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, policies, and basic employee relations issues.
  • Data & Analytics: Maintain high-level data integrity within the HCM (Workday) and generate ad-hoc reports (headcount, turnover, performance) using Power BI.
  • Operational Partnership: Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Campus Recruiting to ensure a seamless hiring and selection process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct exit interviews to identify trends and suggest ways to simplify or automate HR workflows.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of related work experience (Corporate HR internships are highly valued).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Prior experience with Workday and/or Power BI is a significant advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
