In this contract role, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the online shopping experience and driving digital growth. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys owning execution, solving problems, and working across teams to bring digital experiences to life.

What You’ll Do

You’ll sit at the center of the digital business, ensuring the website delivers a seamless, engaging, and high-performing customer experience.

  • Execute and optimize website merchandising strategies to drive engagement and sales
  • Own and continuously improve product category pages (navigation, filters, content, UX)
  • Coordinate and support product launches and promotional campaigns (high priority, time-sensitive)
  • Partner with marketing, UX, analytics, and IT teams to bring campaigns and site updates to life
  • Analyze site performance using data and insights to identify opportunities and recommend improvements
  • Troubleshoot issues (missing products, broken pages, campaign gaps) and ensure timely resolution
  • Represent the merchandising team in meetings and help drive alignment across stakeholders
  • Support SEO updates and optimizations in collaboration with the SEO team
  • Contribute to email campaign execution (links, tracking, coordination)

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, site operations, or similar
  • Hands-on experience working with a CMS platform (e.g., AEM, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) or similar tools to analyze performance
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence communicating in cross-functional settings and meetings
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders (marketing, product, UX, etc.)
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have (Strong Differentiators)

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Exposure to retail or product-based eCommerce environments
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and implementing recommendations
  • Experience supporting or executing product launches or promotional campaigns
  • Understanding of UX best practices and customer journey optimization
  • Experience working through organizational change or ambiguous environments
  • Comfort using tools like Airtable or similar workflow tools

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success is less about perfection and more about ownership, initiative, and impact.

  • You quickly learn the business and can navigate teams independently
  • You confidently represent the team and speak up in meetings
  • You proactively identify issues and take action without waiting for direction
  • You improve category performance and contribute to better site experience and conversion
  • You become a go-to problem solver for your team

This Role Might Not Be for You If…

  • You prefer clearly defined tasks and minimal ambiguity
  • You’re uncomfortable speaking up or contributing in group discussions
  • You prefer working independently without frequent cross-functional collaboration
  • You’re not energized by fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • You’re looking for a purely strategic role without hands-on execution
  • You don’t enjoy troubleshooting or solving unexpected problems

Why Join?

  • High-visibility role with real ownership and impact
  • Opportunity to work across a large, complex eCommerce business
  • Exposure to multiple teams and functions
  • A fast-moving environment where you can build strong digital experience quickly
