**What you’ll do:**

* Propose and drive innovative ideas to enhance products and services through compelling, research-driven insights and recommendations.
* Champion user-centric thinking, collaborating with partners to overcome strategic, product, or technological challenges.
* Advocate for and implement inclusive research and design practices, fostering the creation of accessible and equitable products.
* Guide product strategy by comprehensively analyzing, consolidating, and synthesizing user, product, service, and business needs.
* Create and articulate clear, concise research findings, insights, and recommendations, demonstrating a deep understanding of both user and business objectives, and partnering cross-functionally to maximize impact.
* Identify, create, and effectively utilize key insights and metrics to rigorously evaluate the impact of products, services, and the broader ecosystem.
* Leverage a broad and deep understanding of business goals, the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry developments to inform research-driven, user-centric decision-making.
* Contribute to defining project priorities aligned with larger goals and coordinate resource allocation within projects.
* Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand responsibilities within and beyond the immediate product team.
* Anticipate and effectively remove roadblocks to ensure continuous progress.
* Conduct comprehensive research to identify user needs and business opportunities, demonstrating strong empathy for both users and business objectives.
* Perform research that deepens user empathy and guides a shared, user-centric vision and strategy with cross-functional partners.
* Anticipate evolving user needs and research opportunities, adapting research strategies for complex projects or programs.
* Drive and execute comprehensive analysis for intricate research projects, including defining and implementing qualitative or quantitative frameworks, and developing strategic surveys.
* Build consensus and influence teams to adopt research-based, user-centric solutions.
* Communicate research insights and recommendations effectively to partners and stakeholders, proactively addressing potential challenges and questions.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in interactive technology principles and applications.
* Expertise in ethical UX research practices.
* Deep understanding and application of UX research methodologies.
* Familiarity with the product development lifecycle.
* Strong knowledge of human/user behavior.
* Skilled in UX storytelling to convey insights effectively.
* Proficiency in various research processes.
* Understanding of UX systems thinking.
