We are seeking a dynamic communications professional to lead the internal communications strategy and execution for our core operational and product development teams. This role is central to fostering alignment and engagement across the organization, particularly in communicating our internal testing and development programs. You will be the strategic communications partner to senior leadership, crafting compelling narratives that translate complex updates into clear, actionable, and company-wide messaging. Your work will ensure every employee understands our progress, their role in our success, and the exciting developments shaping our future.

A significant part of this role involves managing communications for our internal mobility programs, developing strategies that drive employee understanding and participation. You will clearly articulate program availability, eligibility, participation guidelines, and expectations regarding safety, limitations, and confidentiality. Your guidance will empower participants, communicate timely updates, and establish clear channels for feedback and support. You will also reinforce critical feedback loops, celebrate program milestones, and recognize the invaluable contributions of our employees in refining our service.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for core operational and product development organizations.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and implement strategic employee communications.
* Manage the internal mobility program communications strategy and execution.
* Oversee internal program campaigns from end-to-end, including project timeline management and executive reviews.
* Develop engaging content for internal program participation instructions, FAQs, intranet articles, company-wide meetings, newsletters, and other internal communication channels.
* Translate complex information into clear, engaging, and approachable messaging to boost internal program participation and gather crucial early insights.
* Partner closely with program management, policy, legal, product, engineering, and research teams to ensure strong alignment on internal program goals and success metrics.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree.
* 8 to 10 years of experience in communications and/or copywriting.
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to understand and synthesize complex or technical ideas into clear, concise messaging.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a dedicated work ethic.
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships with all levels of management.
