**Primary Duties:**

* **Requirements Expertise:** Partner with product teams to conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and in-depth data analysis, meticulously crafting detailed Business Requirement Documents, functional specifications, and comprehensive process maps.
* **Strategic Collaboration:** Act as the essential liaison between business leaders and technology teams, expertly translating overarching goals into clear, actionable, and innovative technical solutions.
* **Project & Change Leadership:** Oversee critical project phases, including monitoring project health, diligently managing scope, performing rigorous User Acceptance Testing, and guiding the seamless implementation of new systems.
* **Agile Advocacy:** Apply agile best practices to monitor project backlogs and ensure efficient, iterative development cycles, contributing to a responsive and adaptive project environment.

Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and resolving process inefficiencies, driving the development of data-driven solutions that enhance profitability, and ensuring every project is meticulously aligned with the company’s overarching strategic vision. * Proven experience acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

* Experience in developing data-driven solutions.
* Proficiency in creating detailed Business Requirement Documents, functional specifications, and process maps.
* Skilled in stakeholder collaboration, translating business goals into technical solutions.
* Experience in project management, including monitoring project health, managing scope, and performing User Acceptance Testing.
* Familiarity with agile best practices and backlog monitoring.
