We are looking for a highly skilled software engineer to play a crucial role in building and enhancing the systems that uphold data policy compliance. In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust solutions that safeguard user activity data and enable stakeholders to meet compliance requirements with confidence. Your work will directly contribute to the integrity and security of critical data infrastructure, shaping how data is managed and protected across the organization.

**What you will do:**

* Design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge software solutions focused on data policy compliance.
* Implement and enforce rigorous policies for user activity data, with a strong emphasis on log data.
* Build and optimize large-scale data handling and processing infrastructure to support compliance initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including policy owners, feature developers, and data consumers, to ensure seamless policy enforcement.
* Develop and evolve server-side applications that underpin the organization’s data governance and compliance framework.

**What you bring:**

**Required Qualifications:**

* **Experience:** 3-5 years of experience in software development within an industry setting.
* **Technical Expertise:** Proven experience coding in C++, Java, and Kotlin.
* **Data Handling:** Relevant experience dealing with large data handling and processing infrastructure.
* **Server-Side Development:** Relevant work experience in server-side application development frameworks.
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
