Our Healthcare client is looking for a Field/Sales Marketing Manager to join their team for an ongoing consulting position. The Field/Sales Marketing Manager is responsible for working closely with the team to develop and manage a broad range of marketing campaigns including agent education and content development, tracking progress, timelines, and overall project management. They should be familiar with B2B marketing concepts and marketing processes. They must understand legal/compliance review processes and preferably have experience working in online tools for review submissions, reviewing creative, and managing projects.

Their tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the development and deployment of agent-facing educational materials supporting Humana’s full product portfolio and other priority topics.
  • Ability to quickly understand processes and then operate independently within those procedures.
  • Owning the initial review of deliverables to ensure they align with the creative campaign brief and messaging framework.
  • Assisting with brand review with the internal creative agency and client review of educational resources such as webinars, emails, web pages, one pagers, etc. for sales agents.
  • Assisting with compliance reviews in Aprimo for agent content pieces such as webinars, emails, web pages, one pagers, etc.
  • Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including internal creative agency, legal and compliance teams, and business partners, representing our team and providing updates on progress of projects.
  • Owning and managing timelines effectively to ensure deliverables launch in accordance with election period campaigns.
  • Managing projects through project management software, updating progress as steps are completed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of Marketing experience
  • Experience in assisting with the development and deployment of marketing materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Aprimo, or similar
  • Agency experience or in-house agency experience
  • Copy/creative editing experience
  • Healthcare insurance, regulatory, or compliance experience a major plus

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34 to $37.50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
