In this exciting opportunity, you will spearhead content creation and production projects, with a strong emphasis on social media, influencing key outcomes and refining production processes. You will be instrumental in shaping long-term strategies and delivering content and media products that cater to various audience needs. As a subject matter expert, you will apply your deep knowledge of content and media design, development, writing, production (from pre-production to post-production), publishing, and operations. You will generate innovative ideas to tackle complex production challenges, anticipate future issues, and build strong relationships across technical and production teams, both internally and externally. Your ability to develop and enhance production plans, drive technical and creative visions, and foster an inclusive, psychologically safe team environment will be key to your success.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Drive the project roadmap, incorporating innovative solutions for complex challenges and suggesting creative production techniques to achieve objectives without compromising excellence.
* Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party agencies and partners, as well as internal teams and resources, assessing creative and production proposals.
* Lead complex content creation projects and guide content creation teams from conception to launch, devising creative solutions.
* Influence work groups and project outcomes by defining creative content production strategies and leading the development of style, processes, or templates.
* Direct the creative and technical vision for content, ensuring alignment with overall objectives, conducting interviews and screenings across disciplines, and guiding changes for optimal project development.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* 5+ years of experience as a producer, with a focus on social media production.
* Proficiency in partner and relationship management.
* Demonstrated commitment to product excellence.
* Strong strategic planning abilities.
* Solid industry knowledge.
* Understanding of business and product landscapes.
* Expertise in Marketing domain.
* Proven project management effectiveness.
* Knowledge of budgeting principles.
* Knowledge of content management systems.
