Join a leading organization dedicated to shaping strategic decisions through high-impact market analysis. Positioned at the forefront of consumer behavior and insurance market dynamics, we drive innovation by turning curiosity into enterprise growth. We are seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst to join a dynamic team where your research will directly influence multi-million dollar business strategies and product development.

The Impact You’ll Make

  • Strategic Decision Support: Lead high-priority initiatives using primary research (surveys, focus groups, and interviews) to provide a data-driven roadmap for executive leadership and Business Unit heads.
  • Methodology & Technical Design: Recommend and design optimal research frameworks. You’ll be responsible for the technical execution—from building complex survey logic and testing skip-patterns to sample stratification and vendor selection.
  • Full-Cycle Project Leadership: Independently manage the full research lifecycle. You will scope the business problem, design the qualitative or quantitative instrument, analyze raw data, and deliver final presentations to internal “clients” with minimal supervision.
  • The “Story” Behind the Data: You will synthesize complex datasets into compelling, visual narratives that identify emerging trends, consumer personas, and competitive threats.
  • Operational Excellence: Serve as a proactive partner who identifies project risks early, manages external research budgets, and proposes innovative solutions to keep enterprise-wide initiatives on schedule.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Experience: 3+ years in market research, consumer insights, or a related analytical role.
  • Technical Expertise: Subject matter expertise in quantitative and qualitative research design, including a solid grasp of statistical significance, sampling methodologies, and data weighting.
  • Communication: Proven ability to translate raw data observations into actionable, business-relevant stories for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Excel (data cleaning, PivotTables, complex formulas) and PowerPoint for creating executive-ready decks.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple overlapping projects, including vendor oversight and budget tracking from scoping to delivery.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or behavioral field (Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, Anthropology, or Marketing).
  • Leadership: 2+ years of informal or formal leadership experience (e.g., mentoring junior staff or leading cross-functional project teams).
  • Advanced Tools: Hands-on experience with data collection platforms (Qualtrics) or data processing tools (SPSS, Wincross).
  • Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance or experience in B2B market research is a significant advantage.
