This role is accountable for managing and implementing SAP Core solutions including S/4 HANA and surrounding/connected system capabilities supporting company business processes in the Finance Function.

We are looking for an influential leader to guide the design and implementation of next-generation enterprise solutions, specifically within the Record to Report (RTR) cycle. In this role, you will lead critical initiatives that directly enhance financial accuracy, efficiency, and strategic decision-making on a global scale. Direct responsibilities for this role include:
• Manage teams in solution design, system configuration, testing, and delivery of best in class capabilities supporting Finance operations as well as best-in-class solutions running outside of the S/4 core in the Financial Accounting, General Ledger, Close and Consolidation processes within Record to Report.
• Involves effectively planning, managing and coordinating multiple projects in a dynamic distributed environment with numerous and complex stakeholder’s groups and executing on-time and on budget
• Lead teams in designing IT solutions at an enterprise scale, supporting business processes in alignment with the company’s strategic vision with a strong focus on business outcomes
• Develop best practices, scalable mechanisms and repeatable processes on all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, blueprinting, design and build/deploy phases.
• Operate in close partnership with the IT and business leadership, subject matter experts, external consultants, cross functional teams etc.
• Lead, prepare for and support operational readiness and production cutover efforts with HyperCare support
• Advise business partners on the implications of standard or new SAP solutions that can be applied to a problem
• Partner at a strategic level with business stakeholders to communicate successes, demonstrate IT value and appropriate governance of IT activities. Will be accountable for DTS Communication and Change management with the respective leadership teams for all aspects of IT, incl. budget, Business demand & portfolio, strategies and priorities
• Provides Information and Digital Technologies Leadership. Should be conversant and have demonstrated understanding of Next Generation digital technologies including API’s/microservices, automation including RPA, machine and cognitive learning, user experience

Desired Skills / Expertise & Experience
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills and excellent prior experience of producing high caliber dashboards, reports, analytics, papers, presentations and thought leadership
• Must have managed prior SAP implementations with direct accountability for a successful Finance implementation across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Consolidation.
• Excellent functional knowledge and demonstrated proficiency for IT enablement of any of the above-mentioned SAP business processes in an S/4 construct. Deep knowledge of integration points with other functions mandatory (e.g. Logistics, Order-to-Cash, Procurement)
• Participated on multiple full cycle global SAP implementations
• Managed S4 Hana or SAP implementation teams, both internal as well as vendor partners
• High Learning Agility with outcome-oriented and a transformative mindset
• Ability to create and execute outcome-oriented strategies and build/sustain meaningful business relationships
• Must be a constructive challenger/assertive. Ability to challenge the status quo and facilitate different perspectives to drive solutions.
• Solid managerial, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and collaborate with internal business, technical, and external consulting teams
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience to work in a global setup with peers, leaders & teams across geographies and ability to work in a cross-cultural context
• Experience driving results in multi-partner environments, expanding across multiple geographies
Key Qualifications
• Minimum of 10-12 years IT experience in end-user industry or IT consulting or with IT Product based firms
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience on directly managing S4 Hana or SAP implementations in any of the following workstreams – Sales & Distribution, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics, Procurement, Analytics, Enterprise Data Management
• Formal training & certification in Program Management (PMP, etc.) and SAP Functional modules is preferred but not mandatory.
Position is 100% remote, but seeking candidates (preferrably CST or EST) that can overlap with the US and Latin America timezones).
