Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Execution
- End-to-End Ownership: Build workback schedules and manage milestones from intake to launch.
- Daily Operations: Drive daily workflows, bridge cross-team dependencies, and ensure on-scope delivery.
- Reporting & Change: Provide transparent status updates and lead rapid reprioritization when requirements shift.
Workflow & Intake
- Inbound Management: Oversee the intake process to ensure all requests are scoped, resourced, and prioritized.
- Editorial Alignment: Manage production calendars to sync with marketing beats and product launches.
- Process Optimization: Establish lean operating rhythms (standups, retros) to improve team throughput.
Leadership & Quality
- Cross-Functional Sync: Orchestrate reviews and partner with Engineering to ensure flawless content implementation.
- QA & Governance: Enforce “Definition of Done” standards and oversee QA for all assets before publishing.
- Growth & SEO: Drive continuous process improvements and bake SEO best practices into the production lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 4 + years of Project management experience managing large-scale content hubs or digital platforms with high-frequency updates.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple product lines and complex workstreams simultaneously.

- Ability to drive alignment and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Expert-level proficiency in PM software (Asana, Jira, Monday, etc.) with a knack for building data-driven dashboards.
