In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our hardware and software asset lifecycles. Your contributions will directly enhance data accuracy, streamline processes, and ensure compliance, working hand-in-hand with key internal partners to implement solutions that scale with our evolving needs.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Support and optimize asset lifecycle processes for hardware and software.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, talent integration, supply chain, and business operations, to ensure seamless coordination.
* Ensure the accuracy of asset data.
* Drive process efficiency within asset management workflows.
* Maintain compliance standards across all hardware and software asset activities.
* Translate business requirements into scalable system and process improvements.

You’ll have the chance to innovate by identifying and implementing scalable system and process improvements, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Your expertise will be vital in strengthening our operational foundation, directly supporting our ability to scale and maintain high standards of efficiency and compliance across all asset management functions.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25 to $28. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
