**Responsibilities:**

* 5 years of proactively managing and optimizing complex calendars for executives and teams, considering time zones, preparation needs, and strategic priorities to ensure efficient time allocation.
* Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements for executives and teams, including visa/passport support, tech assistance, and cultural considerations, with potential for on-call support during travel.
* Prepare for and facilitate important meetings by ensuring proper room setup, equipment functionality, attendee confirmation, and the creation of aligned meeting materials, including note-taking assistance.
* Assess and advocate for optimal office space needs, managing accommodation requests and collaborating with internal partners for space planning and office moves.
* Execute precise expense and budget management activities, including completing expense reports, processing invoices, and purchase orders.
* Plan and organize engaging internal and external activities focused on culture, community affairs, and communications, learning from leadership to support strategic programs.
* Contribute to the planning and execution of various programs and events, from team off-sites to business summits, managing logistics and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.
* Participate in small projects and events from initiation to delivery, selecting appropriate approaches from clear options and exercising sound judgment.
