We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented B2B Copywriter to develop compelling, high-performing digital content across a range of channels. This role is responsible for translating complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging that drives awareness, consideration, and conversion across digital touch points. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of B2B audiences, digital marketing best practices, and the ability to balance creativity with performance-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute copy for a variety of digital deliverables, including:
o Websites and landing pages
o Email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
o Digital ads (display, paid social, search)
o Social media content (organic and paid)
o Product and solution messaging
• Translate complex products, services, and concepts into clear, benefit-driven messaging tailored to B2B audiences
• Partner with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective digital experiences
• Apply SEO best practices to web and content deliverables
• Write with a strong understanding of the buyer journey, aligning messaging to different funnel stages
• Maintain brand voice and tone across digital channels
• Review and optimize content based on performance data, including engagement and conversion metrics
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all copy deliverables

Required Experience
• 3–6+ years of experience in B2B copywriting, with a strong emphasis on digital content
• Proven portfolio demonstrating a range of digital deliverables (web, email, ads, long-form content)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and performance metrics
• Experience writing for defined audiences, personas, and stages of the sales funnel
• Ability to distill complex or technical information into clear, compelling messaging
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Background in both agency and client-side teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

The target hiring compensation for this role is $35-40/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. 

Additional benefits offered may include: medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
