We’re seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join a vital team, directly influencing sales and inventory for international digital and store channels. In this contract role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of product availability and profitability, partnering with global teams to turn data into actionable strategies that delight customers and drive business success. Your expertise will be key to optimizing inventory, maximizing sales potential, and ensuring the seamless flow of products to consumers across various regions.

**What You’ll Do**

* Manage sales plans and inventory levels for international digital channels.
* Collaborate with global digital teams to analyze market trends, regional nuances, and identify key opportunities and risks to achieve business objectives.
* Analyze and drive business performance, ensuring assortment strategies maximize growth potential through detailed planning and tiering analysis.
* Provide critical input to internal planning meetings, optimizing inventory across multiple distribution centers and operating models.
* Partner closely with merchandising teams on assortment goals, product launch cadences, and markdown strategies.
* Ensure product activation dates are accurate and information flows seamlessly through internal assortment management tools.
* Verify that international exclusive products follow the internal product development process, with all required attributes populated for digital and partner data handoff.
* Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships, building credibility through proactive and effective communication.
* Fulfill ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from various cross-functional partners.
* Oversee merchandise inventory levels in international distribution centers, ensuring accurate allocation across channels through inbound receipt tracking and collaborative efforts.
* Continuously monitor and adjust inventory in-season to minimize markdowns and achieve end-of-season inventory targets.
* Align global digital inventory expectations with the brand’s deployment strategy through ongoing education and partnership.
* Collaborate with logistics teams to provide volume projections for international distribution centers and support operational planning.

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**

**Required Skills & Experience**
* High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling.
* Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous and large data sets to extract actionable insights.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional partners at all levels.
* Ability to commit to a full-time (40 hours/week) schedule for the duration of the assignment.

**Preferred Skills**
* Prior experience in Merchandise Planning & Allocation (MP&A) within a retail environment.
* Experience within the intimate apparel or specialty retail industry.
* Familiarity with inventory management systems, digital assortment tools, and markdown optimization.
* Experience working with global or international retail teams and franchise models.
