**What You’ll Do:**

* 5 years of leading core problem structuring, conducting in-depth research, data gathering, and analytical assessments to support complex strategic and operational initiatives within a specific business function or sub-function.
* Engage regularly with diverse stakeholders to effectively communicate recommendations, build consensus, and influence leadership decisions, driving successful implementation of strategic plans.
* Act as a subject-matter expert for your designated business area, understanding its goals, direction, and priorities, and possessing comprehensive knowledge of its strategic objectives, performance metrics, business plans, and operating frameworks.
* Manage key strategic initiatives from conception through to successful completion, fostering team alignment and accelerating project velocity.
* Collaborate closely with functional leaders and product leadership to ensure the effective operationalization of strategic recommendations.
* Synthesize and analyze emerging trends in the future of work, providing recommendations that integrate business and technology strategies, translate market insights into actionable plans, optimize strategic planning cycles, and leverage digital and agile development methodologies.
* Proactively identify and address complex business challenges within your area, developing innovative programs and processes to resolve them. Structure ambiguous issues for leadership, crafting solutions to business and technical problems with clear requirements and robust business case justifications.
* Support executive leadership in defining comprehensive communication strategies across the function and various regions, orchestrating internal events and ensuring cohesive internal messaging.
* Establish and drive robust processes for defining functional objectives (e.g., goal setting, quarterly reviews, annual planning, team meetings, budget, and expense management).
* Oversee workflows within targeting and measurement processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
* Develop and present strategic recommendations for business area strategies, working in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Lead strategic analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing business performance and ensuring best-in-class execution within the relevant business function.
* Rapidly gather and analyze extensive information, applying effective problem-solving skills to develop compelling and data-driven business recommendations.
