**What You’ll Do:**
* Perform comprehensive office functions, including setting up and maintaining files, managing communications, and coordinating meetings and conferences.
* Review and refine documents for grammatical accuracy and clarity, ensuring all communications meet high standards.
* Act as a central point of contact, expertly fielding inquiries, providing referrals, and addressing questions related to office operations and established policies.
* Gather, compile, and report essential information to support leadership assignments and decision-making.
* Manage financial and logistical tasks such as preparing expense reports, processing purchase orders, and maintaining office supplies.
* Coordinate complex meeting, event, and travel arrangements, including calendar management, venue selection, catering, and materials delivery.
* Utilize online reservation systems to ensure cost-effective and convenient travel solutions, collaborating with travel partners as needed.
* Develop high-quality graphic and text presentations under tight deadlines, interpreting needs and organizing final documents for maximum impact.
* Prepare specialized reports by selecting and synthesizing relevant information from diverse sources.
* Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
**What You’ll Bring:**
**Required Skills & Experience:**
* Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience.
* *Alternatively, one of the following combinations may be accepted:*
* PhD or Law degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
* Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
* Associate’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
* High School Diploma or GED with 7 years of relevant experience.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in creating high-quality presentations and reports using various computer applications.
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
* Experience coordinating complex logistics, including travel, meetings, and events.
