Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive, proactive recruitment strategies specifically designed to meet aggressive hiring targets for various clinical roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including reviewing a large volume of applicants, conducting interviews, and expertly navigating the entire offer negotiation process to drive high-quality hires within significantly condensed timeframes.
- Design and implement dynamic sourcing strategies utilizing innovative tools and practices to ensure a continuous, diverse, and robust pipeline of qualified clinician candidates necessary for high-volume demand.
- Act as a power user of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), leveraging system functionality to manage and report on high-volume pipelines efficiently.
- Maintain real-time, impeccable data integrity within the ATS (statuses, dispositions, notes) and continuously suggest/implement process improvements to optimize system workflow and accelerate time-to-fill.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring leader experience, recognizing that efficiency and high-touch communication are paramount in a competitive clinical recruiting market.
- Serve as an expert on the organization’s business, benefits, and opportunities.
- Consistently meet and exceed defined recruiting metrics, including, but not limited to, accelerated time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and achieving superior candidate/hiring leader survey scores, all within a high-volume context.
- Utilize strategic agility, exceptional organizational skills, negotiation expertise, and deep technical fluency with the ATS to deliver high volumes of clinical talent at pace while maintaining operational excellence and system integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a similar discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a demonstrable track record in high-volume clinical or healthcare recruitment.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required; must be highly skilled in reporting, workflow management, and ensuring data accuracy for large pipelines.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.50 to $44.50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
