Our tech client is looking for a freelance Graphic Designer (Production-Focused).
We are seeking a detail-oriented Freelance Graphic Designer to support our creative team on a project-by-project basis. This role is focused on high-volume production and execution, ensuring brand consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
Note on Availability: This is a strictly intermittent, project-based role. We are looking to build a relationship with a reliable designer we can reach out to when internal bandwidth is hit. Workload is variable: some weeks may require 10-20 hours of support, while others may require zero.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Collateral: Execute layouts for product fact sheets, whitepapers, and sales decks based on existing brand guidelines.
- Trade Show & Events: Design and prep print-ready files for turnkey booths, large-format banners, and environmental signage.
- Pre-Flight & Production: Ensure all files are technically sound (bleeds, resolution, color profiles) and ready for hand-off to vendors or internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Adobe Creative Suite: Expert-level proficiency in InDesign (layout), Illustrator (vector/large format), and Photoshop.
- Production Mindset: Strong understanding of print production specs and digital export best practices.
- Brand Stewardship: Ability to work within strict style guides to maintain a high standard of design across all assets.
Logistics & Workflow
- Employment Type: Freelance/per-project
- Hours: Non-guaranteed / As-needed. This role does not have a set weekly schedule.
- Workflow: We will reach out with specific project requests and deadlines as they arise.
- Candidates should be able to acknowledge requests within 24 hours to confirm availability for that specific sprint.
- Portfolio: Please provide a link to your portfolio or samples of production-heavy work (e.g., layout examples, event signage, or social campaigns).
