In this critical support role, you will play a prominent part in the finance helpline process, engaging with external vendors and internal business partners across various time zones. **What you’ll do:**

* Provide essential email support, addressing inquiries related to vendor setup, tax forms, banking, payment issues, policy, procedure, system access, and tool usage.
* Manage and resolve issues, reporting and escalating complex matters through appropriate channels to ensure timely resolution.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, internal customers, and vendors, articulating financial information and processes in an understandable manner.
* Efficiently diagnose and resolve financial inquiries, ensuring accuracy and partner satisfaction.
* Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to prevent issue recurrence and enhance operational efficiency.
* Engage collaboratively with local team management and internal/external partners to foster strong relationships and effective problem-solving.
* Actively educate and promote self-service tools to internal and external business partners, empowering them with accessible resources.
* Navigate multiple systems efficiently while troubleshooting customer issues, ensuring comprehensive support.
* Undertake additional responsibilities as business needs evolve, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to team success.
* Identify and propose changes to current automated solutions, review AI responses for accuracy, identify misunderstood queries, and suggest improved responses to enhance automation effectiveness.

**What you’ll bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Previous finance experience with a strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes.
* Exceptional customer focus and empathy, demonstrating patience, detail-orientation, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate financial information and processes to diverse audiences.
* A self-motivated learner with natural curiosity and a strong drive to continuously adapt to evolving financial systems, policies, and procedures.
* Strong business partnering skills and the ability to establish relationships with cross-functional and global partners for effective issue resolution and escalation.
* Robust analytical and problem-solving acumen to drive efficient and effective resolutions.
* Resilience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
* Flexibility with working hours to support global issues as required, ensuring timely assistance across different time zones.
* Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Familiarity with ticketing systems for managing and tracking inquiries.
