As a vital member of the Corporate Accounting team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes, directly contributing to the smooth execution of monthly accounting close cycles. Your work will ensure robust data governance and support the evolution of essential financial systems, providing a foundation for informed decision-making across the organization. This role offers a unique blend of operational accounting and systems enablement, allowing you to develop expertise at the intersection of finance and technology.

**What you’ll do:**

* Actively support intercompany accounting activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and contributing to the monthly accounting close rhythm.
* Manage defined processes for booking accounting entries, including foreign exchange and intercompany transactions.
* Refresh and maintain financial reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for key stakeholders.
* Support close-related tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and timeliness of financial reporting.
* Dedicate a significant portion of your time to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for accounting and finance system implementations, ensuring new systems meet business requirements.
* Support general ledger maintenance and data governance initiatives, contributing to the integrity of financial data.
* Collaborate with the GL Maintenance team to ensure smooth operations outside of the close window.

**What you’ll need:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Strong accounting fundamentals.
* Comfortable operating across both operational accounting and systems enablement work.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* An interest in finance systems, testing, and process improvement.
* UAT testing experience.
* Exposure to large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
