We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to take on a pivotal role in our financial operations. This position is not just about processing transactions; it’s about being the central point of contact for critical revenue streams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong partner relationships. You will directly contribute to the financial stability and growth of significant licensing initiatives, becoming an indispensable part of a collaborative and impactful team.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Manage the end-to-end invoice process, from preparing and issuing invoices for various licensing program charges to processing sales volume reports.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all billing inquiries, adeptly handling invoice questions, payment status requests, and providing necessary billing details or copies.
* Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, meticulously reviewing reported volumes, country allocations, rebrands, and other invoice drivers.
* Coordinate and implement billing corrections, including preparing credit invoice activity and managing follow-on billing cycles when direct amendments are not possible.
* Prepare and manage credit/debit transactions, ensuring internal review and approval before submission to Finance.
* Proactively follow up on past-due royalty payments, issuing collection and reminder notices to ensure timely revenue collection.
* Collaborate with Finance and internal stakeholders to resolve complex billing-processing issues, payment documentation needs, and special form requirements.
* Maintain clear and timely communication with licensees and internal teams, ensuring all open billing items, credits, and outstanding invoices are meticulously tracked to completion.
* Administer the comprehensive billing function for various licensing programs, ensuring accurate and timely billing of royalties and related charges.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or GED.
* 2-4 years of financial and/or accounting experience.
* Proven experience with past-due billing and account receivable tracking.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for high-level interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

* Associate’s degree in accounting or a related financial discipline.
