A rapidly growing, data-driven customer acquisition company is seeking a high-performing Senior Manager of Business Development to join its expanding sales organization. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role within a company experiencing aggressive year-over-year growth, working directly with major consumer and B2B brands across the United States. This is not a traditional sales role. You will partner directly with senior leadership to sell sophisticated B2B customer acquisition solutions to founders, CEOs, and senior marketing executives at mid-market and enterprise companies.

The business has developed a highly differentiated, performance-driven acquisition engine that helps companies grow through targeted lead generation and customer acquisition strategies. Clients range from rapidly growing businesses to nationally recognized brands.

This role is ideal for a sharp, strategic seller who thrives in consultative environments, enjoys solving business problems, and knows how to build credibility quickly with executive stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead consultative discovery conversations with CEOs, founders, marketing executives, and business leaders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery through signed agreement
  • Help prospects understand customer acquisition economics, ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and profitability models
  • Guide buyers through strategic discussions around growth, lead acquisition, and business economics
  • Build trust quickly and position highly tailored solutions based on each client’s business model
  • Manage follow-up communication with professionalism and executive-level polish
  • Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and client meetings
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM documentation
  • Collaborate closely with company leadership on deal strategy and growth initiatives

What They’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience in one or more of the following: Performance marketing, Customer acquisition, Advertising / digital media, MarTech / AdTech, SaaS, Lead generation, Growth marketing
  • Proven success closing complex, multi-call B2B deals
  • Strong executive presence and ability to sell confidently to senior decision-makers
  • Sharp business acumen with comfort discussing unit economics, customer acquisition costs, margins, conversion metrics, and ROI
  • Strong written communication and polished follow-up skills
  • Highly motivated by earnings and performance incentives
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

Work Environment

This is a highly collaborative, primarily onsite role based in Los Gatos, CA.
